I smuggle feminist resistance into the domestic and the decorative. Using textiles and digital media as Trojan horses, I recover overlooked narratives through matrilineal storytelling and immersive world-building. My work is a multidisciplinary response to the global backlash against women’s rights, bridging archival history and lived experience to reclaim our collective stories.

Still from 'Motherlode' Film - imagined conversation across generations carrying the matrilineal narrative - this still shows the character of the future daughter. Part of a heterotopian art installation by artist Sharon Douglas
